Airport lounge
For VIP or business passengers who want to escape the crowds and take advantage of the time before take-off to work or enjoy individual service, Dresden International Airport provides a separate lounge in the General Aviation Terminal (GAT) for up to 20 persons. Passengers and airlines can use the following services there:
- Use of media (newspapers, magazines, WLAN wireless internet access)
- Hot and cold beverages at the Lounge bar
- Catering available on request
- Use of lounge through airlines’ frequent flyer programmes

Lufthansa lounges
Lufthansa and its partner airlines provide a range of lounges for passengers with a loyalty card or a first class or business class ticket. At Dresden Airport the Senator Lounge and the Business Lounge are located in the airside departure lounge.

Smoking lounge behind Café Vanilla
The separate smoking lounge behind Café Vanilla is the only smoking area in the Dresden Airport Terminal. On sale here is a wide selection of cigars from all over the world. The Lounge, which seats 40, can also be hired for small-scale events.
This lounge is on the Departures level of the Dresden Airport Terminal in the public area.
