Airport lost property office

The Dresden Airport lost property office is at the airport information desk on the Arrivals level of the terminal. It only handles items that are found inside the terminal.

For lost luggage or lost items in aircraft, please contact the airline concerned.

Information for finders: Any rewards are paid in accordance with the statutory regulations. Finders can obtain information on rewards from the staff at the airport information desk.

Information for owners/collectors: To report a loss, please contact the airport information desk in person, by phone or by e-mail. Lost property is kept at the lost property office for six months. When collecting a lost item, please bring photo ID with you. People collecting property on behalf of the owner must bring authorisation from the owner with them.

Storage charges

• € 5.00 for items worth up to € 50
• € 15.00 for items worth up to € 250
• € 25.00 for items worth over € 250

Property found in buses and trams is taken straight to the Dresden City Council lost property office. Property found in the S-Bahn is handled by the Central lost property office of Deutsche Bahn.
