The Dresden Airport Terminal, a former aviation industry hangar, has an unmistakable flair and is regarded as one of the most attractive passenger terminals in Germany. We will be happy to help you open a boutique, gallery or business at the most international location in Saxony's capital city.

Counter space on the Departures level
Counter space is currently available in the Dresden Airport Terminal. The counters are located near the check-in area on the Departures level. All counters are accessible to the public.
Most of the counters are used by travel agencies, but space is available for rent for other uses. With their high-quality appointments and the high footfall on this level, the counters lend themselves well to a wide range of uses.

Office and storage space
Office space in a range of sizes and with different layouts is available in the eastern part of the Dresden Airport Terminal. All offices there have an uninterrupted view of the airport apron. You can also rent office space in several of the adjacent buildings such as the Airport Centre.
Telecommunications wiring is provided in most of the offices. Services such as ISDN, telephone and LAN are available at an additional charge at Flughafen Dresden GmbH's standard rates. Please contact us for details.
Storage space is available in various buildings on the airport premises, in sizes ranging from 20 to 4,000 square metres. Please contact us for details of actual capacities.
Parking spaces
Dresden International Airport has more than 4,500 parking spaces. Business tenants can rent parking spaces for themselves, their staff, business partners or customers in the vicinity of their premises.
