There is plenty of parking in the covered multi-storey car park and in the outdoor P3 car park near the terminal. Book your space online to save money!  

A Skywalk connects the multi-storey car park (2,900 spaces) and the check-in area. The airport is just 20-30 minutes away from the city centre by taxi. Car rentals are available in the Arrivals area. S-Bahn line 2 stops at the airport’s underground station every 30 minutes. The journey time to the city is 20 minutes.

This year our popular Family Day is taking place on Germany’s national Aviation Day. From 10 am to 5 pm there will be plenty of fun and games for children, guided tours of the airport, sightseeing flights, a technology show, information stands and lots more besides. The musical star guest is Ella Endlich (picture: “Küss mich, halt mich, lieb mich”).

The Spanish airline Vueling flies from Dresden to the sunny, trendy city of Barcelona three times a week and from there to other destinations in the Mediterranean and the Atlantic. Air France subsidiary CityJet connects Dresden with London City Airport - the closest airport to the city centre - daily except Saturdays.
