Quick and easy: to and from the airport by car, taxi/rental car and S-Bahn

A Skywalk connects the multi-storey car park (2,900 spaces) and the check-in area. The airport is just 20-30 minutes away from the city centre by taxi. Car rentals are available in the Arrivals area. S-Bahn line 2 stops at the airport’s underground station every 30 minutes. The journey time to the city is 20 minutes.

Summer timetable in 2015: direct flights to more than 50 destinations from Dresden and Leipzig/Halle – Antalya, Mallorca and Crete are most popular holiday regions

The summer timetable starts at the Central German airports on Sunday 29 March. Leipzig/Halle and Dresden offer tourists and business travel-lers a wide range of city and tourist destinations in Germany, Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. There are direct flights to more than 50 destinations. The timetables also enable passengers to reach connecting flights to destinations round the globe. The three most popular holiday destinations during the season are Antalya (as many as 50 departures per week), Mallorca (33) and Crete (11). There are daily flights to Antalya and Mallorca from both airports. Brac, Dubrovnik and Split in Croatia are new destinations from Leipzig/Halle. The holiday airline Condor will once again use Dresden Airport after a fairly long break. Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) will connect both airports with its hub at Zurich every day.
