A separate, functionally designed handling area on the Arrivals level of the Dresden Airport Terminal provides a pleasant ambience for crews and passengers. Additional lounges are available for crews with lengthy stopovers at the airport. Crew and passenger care and arrangement and billing of services are handled by the Dresden office of PortGround GmbH on behalf of Flughafen Dresden GmbH.
