How does an airport work?

What happens after landing? Where does our air journey start? Who cares for the planes to take off and land safely? Where does a plane get the fuel from? What happens in winter, when the runways are covered with ice and snow?

These and many more questions will be answered with the help of nine drawings. Use your mouse to explore the pictures. Detailed explanations will appear when you move the mouse over the details in the picture. Fun at the airport – also for the youngest passengers!
