Suitcases, rucksacks, fragile objects and bulky baggage can be sealed in plastic film on a baggage wrapping machine (operated by Firstwrap personnel). Bicycle boxes and reusable packaging for buggies or similar items are also available for purchase from Firstwrap. This service can be booked outside regular opening hours.

Deutsche Post AG letter boxes
Deutsche Post AG letter boxes are located outside the main terminal entrance (on the right) and outside the former terminal 1 (Hansa House).
Pay-as-you-go mobile phone topup station
T-Mobile, Vodafone, O2 and E-Plus customers can top up their mobile phone credit by between €10 and €50. The top-up station accepts coins, notes and cards. Credit is loaded directly or with a printout containing a PIN number. The station is located outside the main entrance to the terminal (between the revolving doors).
