Responsibilities
The Lost & Found office at the airport is in charge of lost property found within the Dresden Airport Terminal only.
- If you miss your luggage or you lost something within the airplane, please contact your airline.
- Property found in buses or trams will be transferred directly to the Lost & Found office of Dresden City.

If you want to report a loss, please contact our staff at the airport information desk personally, by email, or by phone.
Lost property will be saved in our office for 6 months.
Please bring a photo identification to pick up your property. In the case that a third person will come to pick up your objects, please ensure that he brings an authorization of the owner.
Safekeeping Charges:
- 2,50 Euro for a value up to 50 Euro
- 6,50 Euro for a value up to 250 Euro
- 12,50 Euro for a value of more than 250 Euro
