Where will I find my check-in counter? Will my plane arrive on time? Where can I check in the evening before my flight? How do I use my parking voucher? The friendly staff at the airport information desk will be happy to answer any questions you may have as a traveller or a visitor. At the information desk you can also:

• Book taxis and chauffeur services
• Buy S-Bahn, bus and tram tickets (Verkehrsverbund Oberelbe)
• Book airport tours
• Book hotel rooms
• Buy Regional and City Cards
• Buy souvenirs

The airport information desk is located on the Arrivals level in the terminal. It is usually open from 7 am to 11 pm.
